How to select the Season I want to go?
1- Open the Calendar
2- Look at the dates or period you wish to go to Disneyland Paris
3- Decide which Season is the best for you (Top Tip: For more flexibility the Magic Flex give you access at any date during 1 year)
4- Select in our "Visit Date" option, a date corresponding to that season

**Please Note: If a Super Magic Season ticket is purchased but presented for admission during a Magic Flex Season (dates in red) a supplemental charge will be required, payable directly at the gate of the entrance to the Disney Parks in Euro.

Tickets are valid for 12-months from the day AFTER the date of purchase.
Bookings placed outside of office hours will be processed when the office re-opens and will not be valid for redemption until the next day.
Print at Home
Unless stipulated in the booking process all bookings require customers to print their voucher off in order to be exchanged for entry to the attraction or tour. We cannot guarantee entry without a printed voucher and will not be able to cancel or refund customers who do not print the vouchers and therefore can't gain access to the venue or tour.
If you cannot print your voucher off for any reason please contact us before arriving at the venue.
Cancellations
